Sehr geehrter Gast, wir danken Ihnen herzlich dafür, dass Sie Ihre Erfahrung auf unserem Campingplatz mit uns geteilt haben. Es freut uns sehr, dass Sie die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft unseres Teams sowie die gute Lage Ihres Stellplatzes mit Schatten und nahegelegener Stromversorgung positiv hervorheben. Bezüglich des Minimarkts möchten wir Sie informieren, dass wir keinen eigenen Markt auf dem Gelände haben, da sich nur 700 Meter entfernt das große Einkaufszentrum Centro Universo in Silvi befindet. Dieses ist bequem zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad erreichbar und bietet eine deutlich größere Auswahl an Produkten und Dienstleistungen. Wir würden uns freuen, Sie bald wieder bei uns begrüßen zu dürfen und Ihnen erneut einen angenehmen Aufenthalt zu bieten. Mit freundlichen Grüßen International Camping

We are sorry to read your comments regarding the access to the sea and the sanitary facilities. Our campsite has direct access to the beach, so we are not sure what problems you have encountered. As for the toilets and sanitary blocks, we take cleanliness and maintenance very seriously. Your comments were general impressions rather than specific issues. Thank you for your feedback. We would like to clarify a few aspects regarding your stay. Regarding the noise from the train, we would like to remind you that along this stretch of coastline, being directly by the sea often also means being close to the railway. This is a typical characteristic of the region and, unfortunately, not something we can control. Many guests still choose our campsite precisely for the convenience of direct access to the beach. Concerning the price, we are unsure what you expected it to be. During the booking process, the total shown on the website was €35.50, plus €3.00 for the tourist tax. These amounts were clearly displayed in your reservation, for which you also paid a deposit, so there should be no uncertainty regarding the base cost. Upon arrival, you requested electricity, which had not been selected during the online booking. According to our price list, electricity costs €3.50 per day, and this amount was therefore added to the final total. The final price is correct based on the services actually used. We remain at your disposal for further clarifications.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are glad to hear that you appreciated the cleanliness of the campsite, the proximity to the beach, and the friendliness of our staff. Regarding the pitch, the Max pitches are located in a dedicated area for motorhomes over 7 metres, specifically designed to offer more space and easier manoeuvring. Our campsite is not very large, so the distance to the facilities is generally limited and depends on the position of the chosen pitch. About the sanitary facilities, we are sorry that you experienced issues. Since nothing was reported during your stay, we were unable to check the bidet sprayers immediately; we will make sure to inspect them carefully. As for soap and toilet paper, these are not provided in order to reduce waste and precisely because shared dispensers and rolls are not considered hygienic. Concerning the bread situation, it can in fact be purchased at our on-site bar/restaurant upon request. If you had asked, we would have been happy to inform you. Regarding the train noise, we understand that some guests may be more sensitive. The layout of this stretch of coastline means that the railway runs close to all structures located directly by the sea, and unfortunately this is not something we can influence. Most guests get used to it quickly, but we recognise that experiences may vary. Thank you again for your review. We’re glad to hear you found our reception team friendly and the pitches satisfactory. Regarding the railway, the entire coastal area in this region is characterized by the train line running along the shore, not just our campsite. We understand it may be noticeable for some guests, even though many still enjoy a pleasant stay. As for the sanitary facilities, we are truly surprised by your comment. Cleanliness is usually one of our strongest points. We have not received similar feedback before, but we will certainly look into this to ensure everything meets our usual standards.
