Hello Beverly, We have taken note of your feedback. We are delighted to hear that you were satisfied with the size of your pitch. We have taken note of your comments regarding the cleanliness of the toilet facilities. Cleaning is carried out daily, as is the replenishment of toilet paper. During busy periods, the intensive use of the facilities can unfortunately affect the results of the cleaning carried out between two checks. Please do not hesitate to speak to our on-site staff so that they can take swift action as soon as an issue is brought to their attention. As for the number of toilet blocks, their capacity meets the standards required for our classification. However, we understand that queues may form at peak times. The entertainment programme helps to create a friendly atmosphere at the campsite during the summer season. Given the heatwaves of recent weeks, we have decided, on an exceptional basis, to extend certain evenings slightly to allow everyone to enjoy a more pleasant time once the cooler weather returns. Our teams strive to offer the best possible service to everyone. Regarding the toilet facilities, we would like to point out that our teams carry out a thorough clean three to six times a day during the high season, precisely because of the high number of visitors. We are well aware that everyone’s respect and consideration are essential to keeping these areas spotless between each use. As for the catering, we decided to make some changes to our menu during the season, notably by showcasing our burgers, which are particularly popular. As for the toilets and showers, we pay close attention to their upkeep on a daily basis. Should you report any issues, our teams are on hand to respond promptly. As for the musical entertainment, this contributes to the campsite’s summer atmosphere and takes place according to the scheduled times. If you were looking for a quieter spot, we could have, subject to availability, directed you to a pitch further away. We regret that the pitch initially allocated was not suitable for the size of your tent, despite the information you provided, and your feedback encourages us to be even more vigilant on this point. Our teams are committed to your well-being and do their utmost to ensure you have a pleasant stay, and we are sorry that you did not feel their warm welcome. For safety reasons, gas barbecues allow you to enjoy meals outdoors whilst minimising the risks associated with fire. In accordance with our general terms and conditions of sale, which you accepted when making your booking, failure to take out cancellation insurance unfortunately means that no refund can be issued in the event of you being unable to stay, whatever the reason. This optional insurance is specifically designed to cover this sort of personal contingency. We would also advise you to contact your bank, as certain policies may cover this type of unforeseen event.
