We have stayed at Parc de Fierbois many times. This stay was equally as enjoyable as the others.

The air conditioning was a boon this year. We don’t think we could have survived without it. The chalet had been refurbished since we were last in it. We have stayed in the same chalet at least 6 times. Apart from the comment below, it was very good.

The refurbished main bedroom was unusable for us. The bed frame is too big and made getting around the bed impossible for us in our advanced years.

Le cadre. Les employés sympas.

La température de la piscine extérieure, elle est trop froide et devrait être chauffée même en été. Le nombre de transat disponibles à la piscine. Les animations sont peu nombreuses. Les règles autour de la piscine ne sont pas réspéctées. Les employés n'avaient pas les réponses à nos questions. Le lac était fermé sans aucune info au préalable sur le site internet. Nous aurions annulé notre séjour si on l'avait su.

Chambre lits superposés trop exigues. Quelques éléments manquaient comme la cafetière Nespresso et le sèche cheveux. Un transat manquait aussi. Le Wifi ne fonctionne presque pas, la TV n'a pas fonctionné non plus. Aucun dédommagement offert.

le site très étendu, le lac, des activités adaptées à tous les âges. Un supermarché bien achalandé, aux plages horaires d'ouverture très étendues. Horaires des spectacles en soirée très corrects et très bien respectés.

des poubelles plus nombreuses pourraient peut-être éviter les quelques papiers et emballages dans la nature.

Wij hadden een plek helemaal in het zg bos daar waaruitzicht moest zijn op de vijver totaal geen licht donkere plek ,en ons uitzicht was een vergaan toiletgebouw Wat niet meer in gebruik is veel overhangende takken op de plek en aanrijdroute maken krassen op je caravan of camper.

Meer licht creëren op de plek en de aanrijroutes goed snoeien. Het toiletgebouw heel snel vervangen voor iets moois Want om daar de hele dag tegenaan te moeten kijken ziet er niet uit, wordt gebruikt als opslagplaats voor de Lakens van huurcaravans en sommige momenten waren de toiletten even open maar die waren zo vreselijk smerig dat je bedankte

Ik vond de staanplaats helemaal niet leuk en ik vond voor twee overnachtingen met 3 hondjes 230 euro ruim heel erg veel geld, dat is het niet waard

De eerste indruk leek het een mooi park een fijne supermarkt en de restaurantjes ook oké echter het buitenzwembad was zo koud dat iedereen naar binnen wilde mensen met kleine baby'tjes en kleine kinderen terwijl daar pubers hele middagen met ballen aan het oversmijten waren... bal in je gezicht ,totaal geen toezicht en elke regel die ook maar staat geschreven op het bord komt niks van uit. De ligging van het zwembad is wel heel leuk

Fijn verblijf, jammer dat het meer was gesloten ivm blauwalg. Daardoor was het druk in het zwembad.

Iets meer comfort zou fijn zijn, zoals ligstoelen en een beter 2 persoonsbed.

2 persoonsbedden kunnen beter. Losse matrassen die snel verschuiven. Ligstoelen bij de tent zou ook fijn zijn. Prijs is aan de dure kant voor een tent zonder toilet. Toezicht bij het zwembad kan beter. Veel grote kinderen die bommetjes maken in het zwembad tussen de kleine kinderen.

Faciliteiten op het park zijn ruim en leuk, vooral voor kinderen. Accomodatie is verouderd en overpriced.

Animatie in het Nederlands voor kinderen, in het Engels of Frans werkt niet. Animatie eerder op avond laten stoppen. Niet iedereen wil tot 23u opblijven. Wordt je nu wel bijna toe gedwongen met alle herrie. Tafeftennis langer open. Zwembad langer open. Prijzen bar goedkoper. Bediening aan tafel. Campingwinkel erg duur. Brood reserveren voor de volgende dag was niet mogelijk, maar als je na 9u kwam dan was al het gezonde donkere brood al op. Tussen de middag 2 uur dicht, heel onhandig. Daarna ook geen vers brood meer.

Verouderde stacaravan. Krom, scheef, krap, klein, rot douche met weinig warm water. Moesten zelf bedden opmaken. Niet alle ramen hadden goede bekleding. Geeneens een waterkoker in de keuken. Gammele plastic tuinmeubels. Was niet goed schoongemaakt voordat wij kwamen. Vieze haren in douche, etensresten in pannen.

Mooie pitch, erg groot en heel fijn met eigen sanitair! Vriendelijk ontvangen.

Het zwembad is niet schoon, weinig ligbedden, met handdoek op het gras waar veel mest/ dierenontlasting lag. Was derde Castell camping, maar hier is het kasteel niet ten midden van de camping, gevoel van een ‘normale’ camping. Het meer was gesloten ivm bacteriën, had ook aangegeven mogen worden op de site of bij het boeken. Erg kostbaar voor het niveau van de camping.

Mooie camping, erg ruime plekken. Camping ziet er netjes uit en wordt goed onderhouden. Bij het restaurant kun je prima eten of afhalen. Winkel heeft een ruim assortiment voor een campingwinkel.

Schoonmaak sanitair heeft aandacht nodig. Toiletpapier is vaak op en in de drukke periode is het sanitair erg snel vies. Misschien wat vaker dagelijks schoonmaken en extra check gedurende dag. Buitenbad is helaas te klein hoor de capaciteit van de camping. Helemaal wanneer het meer gesloten is ivm blauwalg Dan is gebruik maken van het zwembad bijna niet mogelijk door de drukte.

Lampen kapot bij het sanitair. De pitch was enorm ongelijk, caravan moeilijk recht te zetten. Ontbreken van haakjes van kleding in het douchehokje. Lekkage bij wastafel. Douchedeur lekt.

Nous avons passé un séjour agréable, nous n'avons pas eu le temps de nous ennuyer car toujours une idée d'activité à faire au sein du camping. C'est un mini village où tout vous est proposé, avec un personnel très agréable et des emplacements tente gigantesques.

La propreté des toilettes était des fois limite mais probablement plus liée aux campeurs non respectueux des lieux que liée au camping... et des moisissures visibles dans les cabines de douches.

La propreté de la piscine qui était vraiment limite dans sa globalité mais notamment au niveau des marches pour le toboggan, décevant pour un 5 étoiles

Clean site with friendly staff. Fun pool area that allowed people to have fun and enjoy themselves.

More bar and restaurant staff needed. Another place to order food during the day would be good. We were disappointed that the Lake was not useable during our stay. Obviously this was probably out of the control of the campsite, however an email update would have been appreciated as we brought paddle boards that we couldn’t use. The rubbish and recycling is too far away from the pitches.
