Estimado Daniel, Agradecemos sinceramente que haya compartido su experiencia en el Camping La Blaquière. Nos alegra enormemente saber que disfrutó del encanto de nuestro establecimiento, de la amabilidad de todo el equipo y de nuestra playa fluvial, considerada una de las mejores de las Gargantas del Tarn. Nuestro entorno natural a la orilla del río es, sin duda, un lugar privilegiado para unas vacaciones en familia. Tomamos nota de sus observaciones y nos gustaría compartirlas bajo la perspectiva de un camping de 3 estrellas: Respecto a la tienda, al contar con solo 79 parcelas, disponemos de una tienda de alimentación básica y no de un supermercado. El volumen de ventas no nos permite ofrecer una gran variedad de productos frescos o de corta caducidad. Sin embargo, priorizamos la calidad frente a la cantidad, seleccionando un máximo de productos locales y ecológicos. En cuanto a las camas y almohadas de su Mobile-Home Altaïr, la percepción del confort es muy personal. Buscando el bienestar de la mayoría, equipamos los alojamientos con colchones de firmeza intermedia (como la cama de 160 cm de la habitación principal). Sentimos que no hayan sido de su total agrado y, para futuros viajes, recomendamos a los huéspedes más sensibles que viajen con su propia almohada para garantizar su descanso. Por último, sobre el estor del baño, el cristal de la ventana es totalmente opaco. Por ello, consideramos que no es necesario añadir un estor, ya que no aportaría más intimidad y, en cambio, restaría una valiosa luz natural. Esperamos que estos detalles no empañaran sus bonitos recuerdos junto al río y estaremos encantados de recibirle de nuevo en la Lozère. Atentamente, Caroline

Dear Stefan, Thank you for reviewing your stay at Camping La Blaquière. We are glad you enjoyed our beautiful riverside pitches in the Tarn Gorges, our fresh bread service, and the helpfulness of our English-speaking team. Our 1.5-hectare natural estate with direct river and beach access truly offers an ideal setting for an authentic holiday. However, we would like to clarify a few points regarding your expectations: Regarding Wi-Fi, our network was fully upgraded this year to ensure optimal coverage. Following your review, we checked pitch 67, and the signal is perfect. Our logs show your devices connected successfully several times throughout your stay. The issue may have been device-specific. Had you informed us on-site, we would have happily assisted you with our provider. Regarding greywater, water access, and waste collection, these expectations align more with a 5-star campsite. As a 3-star establishment, we offer natural comfort at an excellent value. Located in a protected area, we are not connected to public sewage, making a greywater drive-over station technically impossible (though we provide a chemical toilet disposal point). Furthermore, drinking water points are distributed so that no pitch is more than 50 meters away; pitch 67 actually had a tap less than 5 meters away. Finally, centralizing waste bins at the entrance avoids early-morning garbage truck noise on our peaceful pathways, preserving everyone's tranquility. Dear Dirk, Thank you very much for taking the time to share your feedback following your stay at Camping La Blaquière. We are delighted to hear that you enjoyed our very friendly welcome, the quiet atmosphere of our site, and your motorhome pitch with a direct view of the river. Regarding your comments about our guinguette (snack bar), we would like to provide some context. Officially, this service is only open during the high season of July and August. However, this year we exceptionally decided to open it in May and June to provide an extra service for our spring guests. Because our campsite's occupancy is lower during this period, we only open in the evening as a dedicated service for our staying guests. While our card is more restricted at this time, we are proud to showcase quality regional products, such as our burgers made with local Aubrac beef or our local charcuterie and cheese platters. Alongside these regional highlights, our evening menu also includes classic, convenient options like fries, chicken tenders, and fish & chips. As for our young team member, while English is indeed taught in French schools, everyone has different strengths, and she does her absolute best to serve our guests warmly. We are sorry the menu options did not suit your personal taste during your visit, but we hope that the exceptional setting of the Tarn Gorges and our clean facilities left you with wonderful memories of your holiday.
