Thank you very much for your review. We’re delighted that you enjoyed the campsite, your pitch and the swimming pool. Regarding reception opening hours, we understand that arriving during the lunchtime closure can sometimes be inconvenient. During this time, our team takes a short break before welcoming guests again from 2:00 pm. For guests arriving early, there is a public car park just a few minutes' walk from the campsite. We hope to welcome you back again to Camping l’Isle Verte.

We’re delighted that you enjoyed the spacious pitches, the private facilities, the location by the Loire and the easy access to the village and its shops and restaurants. We completely understand your comment regarding pitch allocation. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee specific pitch numbers or locations, as we have to manage arrivals, departures and the different sizes of vehicles throughout the season. However, we always do our best to take our guests' preferences into account when planning the campsite. We would also like to mention that the older private facilities on the other row were affected by the winter floods. At the time of your booking, we did not know whether they would be available for the season. For this reason, we could not allocate those pitches. The private facilities you used are brand new and were installed last year. We hope to welcome you back again to Camping l’Isle Verte.

Thank you very much for your lovely review. We’re pleased you enjoyed the atmosphere of the campsite and found the team friendly and helpful. Regarding the bathroom facilities, improvements are already planned as part of our future renovation project. And yes… the pigeons by the Loire can sometimes be a little too generous We hope to welcome you back again soon to Camping l’Isle Verte.

Thank you very much for your kind review. We are sorry again for the temporary electrical issues during your stay. Unfortunately, on two consecutive days, different guests charged their electric cars directly from the pitch connection, which is not permitted as it uses far too much power for the campsite network. As the campsite was completely full, it took us a little time to identify the cause of the problem. Thank you for your understanding, and we’re very pleased that it did not spoil your holiday.
