We’re glad to hear you appreciated our location near the beach, our hot showers, English-speaking reception, and the flexibility we offered in relocating your pitch to better suit your needs. We also want to sincerely thank you for your constructive comments regarding the water facilities and pitch conditions. Your observations are very helpful and have already been passed on to our maintenance team. We agree that clean and accessible water points are essential, and we will evaluate the possibility of adding a dedicated clean water hose near the grey water disposal area, as well as improving drainage and the upkeep of the existing standpipes. Regarding the sandy pitches, we understand the inconvenience caused by the rain and the sand runoff. We are actively working on finding better long-term solutions to minimize these issues during wet weather. Your visit coincided with the public holiday on May 1st, a very busy period in Spain, and as a result, the campsite was fully booked. For your convenience, we assigned you pitch number 157, located close to the main facilities and services. However, we understand that this may have resulted in more activity and noise than you would have preferred. For future visits, please don’t hesitate to let our reception team know in advance or upon arrival if you would prefer a quieter area. We always do our best to accommodate our guests’ preferences whenever possible. We also regret that other aspects, such as the ground conditions or the showers, did not meet your expectations. We take your comments seriously and will use them to continue improving our services. Beste klant, We stellen uw opmerkingen en de tijd die u heeft besteed aan het verzenden ervan op prijs. Het spijt ons dat uw ervaring niet aan uw verwachtingen voldeed. Onze belangrijkste motivatie is het bereiken van klanttevredenheid, en als dit niet het geval is, proberen we dit te verbeteren, zodat we dit bij toekomstige bezoeken wel kunnen bereiken. We zullen goede nota nemen van de suggesties over zwembadhangmatten, om er rekening mee te houden bij toekomstige materiaalaankopen, hoewel we moeten waarschuwen dat dit product van resistent materiaal moet zijn gemaakt om te voorkomen dat het gemakkelijk beschadigd raakt.
