Peut être les thèmes des animations du soir je suis venu avec mes deux filles 15 et 22 ans elles n'ont pas voulu y participer

This is our 8th year at this site. Since Christelle and her team took over the running of the campsite last year they have made great improvements in keeping the pitches neat and tidy grass cut short and the hedges trimmed. Toilet and showering facilities were spotless. Christelle also took a walk round the campsite everyday speaking to guests which was very appreciated. Please ensure that Christelle and her team get the praise they deserve.

Although not part of the campsite responsibility the bar and food facility was very poor and the staff were ignorant to any English speaking people (I'm Scottish) definitely lost a lot of English speaking people's custom. I know a few of them said they weren't coming back to the campsite because of this. So in a way could cost the campsite bookings. I however will still be coming back to the campsite next year for the 9th year as I enjoy the campsite I will just not use the bar and food facilities.

Very friendly, knowledgeable staff. Spotless sanitary facilities. Clean & tidy pitches. Nothing is any trouble for Christelle & her husband. They are very helpful , polite & friendly. They always have time to stop and ask how you are, how your day has been & if there is anything you need. A first class service.

The pitches in previous years have been overgrown with weeds, the hedges not cut back or trimmed & grass not cut but this year everything was neat & tidy which is much better looking and our caravan doesn't get scratched

Heb al veel Franse campings bezocht, maar dit was veruit wel de slechtste Engels sprekende, ik weet je gaat naar een Franse camping, maar als niemand van het animatieteam ook maar iets van Engels kan, dus onze kleinkinderen niet uit kunnen leggen wat de bedoeling van bv een spel is, en daarom dus eigenlijk gewoon worden weggestuurd? Ook bij het personeel is er maar 1 persoon die gebrekkig Engels kan.

Beste meneer/mevrouw, Hartelijk dank dat u de tijd heeft genomen om uw ervaring met ons te delen. We zijn blij dat u tevreden was over de kwaliteit en het comfort van uw kampeerplaats met privé-sanitair. Het spijt ons echter te horen dat de taalbarrière een negatieve invloed heeft gehad op uw verblijf. Als familiecamping in Frankrijk bestaat ons team voornamelijk uit Franstalige medewerkers. Enkele van onze medewerkers spreken ook Engels en wij doen altijd ons uiterste best om onze internationale gasten te helpen en iedereen de mogelijkheid te geven deel te nemen aan de activiteiten. Het spijt ons oprecht dat uw kleinkinderen het gevoel hebben gekregen dat zij niet konden meedoen aan de animatie. Dat is absoluut niet onze bedoeling. We zullen ons animatieteam hier extra op attenderen, zodat kinderen die geen Frans spreken beter kunnen worden betrokken, bijvoorbeeld met meer visuele uitleg en enkele instructies in het Engels.
